Volvo 740 / 240 ECU

Up for sale is a Working, in excellent condition Volvo 740 non turbo 16 valve ECU. Should fit some 89-93 240 / 740 models. Unit has been sitting on the shelf for a few years now, but it was removed from an operational insurance totaled crash damaged car.  This is a pretty rare ECU, ECU. Part number-- 0280000571 (0 280 000 571) / Volvo part number 3507604 . This is Originally from a 16 valve volvo 740, and should function with all 16 valve volvo 740 models, however it will also function in NON EGR ECU cars with LH 2.4 in this year range - This includes many 8 valve 240 and 740 models. Should fit many cars originally equiped with the 0280000561 0280000951 and 0280000556 Please check the part number off of your original before buying to be 100% sure.

A Faulty ECU is one of the most common no start or random stalling problems with the cars. If yours does not have this problem, keep an extra ECU in the trunk, you might some day be glad you did... These units now have to be special ordered from most dealers new for big $$, and finding a good one second hand is getting to be a chore. Thanks for looking!
