Includes gasket. These mirrors for 9000's interchange with any 9000. This unit is from a later car, so it is heated. Typical issues with these units - asside from getting knocked off the car, are vibrating glass (this is an issue with the mechanics of the mirror being worn out), or the loss of the glass. The glass commonly comes delamaminated from the backing in it's old age, then falls off and breaks. The glass on this one is still firmly attached.See the larger pictures, this is a very nice unit.
