Saab 900 16 valve cylinder head

Up for sale is a good used unit.  Please see pictures.  Removed from a 1990 SPG.  Checked for flatness, and cracks.  It's good.  I know this engine ran well (car died from rust)  Cyl head is flat and has no cracks or burnt valves.  Does have a bit of etching, so you may still want to have it skimmed, but honestly I'd just clean it up a little and run it as-is, you should have no problem.  These heads are typically very reliable, but occasionally a turbo failure where it injects some turbo parts will damage the valves, or a severs overheat will warp or crack these heads.  The blocks are pretty much bulletproof.

This is correct for ALL classic 900 16 valve 2.0 liter cars, turbo and non turbo.  These can also be used on 2.1 cars, but you must use the 2.1 head gasket still!
