To my knowledge it has never had the "screen repair" done and is a totally original good working unit.  I am not sure if these units are "plug and play" or if it will need to be programed at a dealership.  I think these just plug in and work.  Unit is marked by us, I will warranty this unit for 30 days after purchase. This unit also includes the sun sensor, used by the climate control.  Saab part number 12785497
