My list shows this should fit -Vehicle Application: 450 4.5 litre Year: 73-75 R107 W116 W107 cars with D-Jetronic (450 models, euro emission) Your best bet is to check the part number of the ECU you are trying to replace with this items part number to make sure they are the same. These antique D-Jet injection "Computers" have not been easy to find for years now, and this is a good functional one in what I could call physically "excellent" condition. You might not find one nicer for ANY price as these units are about as rare as hens teeth.
