Up for sale is a good working Airflow Meter.  This was removed from a 1984 E30 BMW that ran fine, but was crash damaged. 

Check your part number off your original to be sure of fit. This unit guaranteed to work on arrival and comes with a 30 day guarantee.  The flapper moves smoothly and consistently.  I checked it's output signal on my analog ohm meter, and the output is clean and shows no drop-out's along the full sweep of the meters range.  This should be a nice working unit for you!
