Dodge truck 4 cylinder 2.5L engine ECU Up for Sale is a Working, in excellent condition dodge pickup truck engine ECU. My list shows this works with 2001 2.5L 4 cyl  federal emission only- and that is the truck this is from.  This engine was a fairly uncommon choice on these trucks so this ECU is not easy to come by. I know, because I was looking for one for one of our customers for quite some time. He had a 1993 "dakota sport" 2.5 / manual transmission. Almost every one of these trucks you see has the 3.9 liter engine. The 2.5 Dakota though rare, is a great truck! Slow, yes- but reliable, great gas mileage, durable, and a workhorse. Don't let a dead ECU be the end of yours. Part number listed at the top or in the large pictures. Check the part number to be sure this is right for your Truck.These are very hard to find in good working condition. This unit was runtested & is functional, and offers a 30 day warranty. Please be sure to double check the part number off your original unit before buying. A defective unit is one of the most common no start or random stalling problems with these trucks. They can also be the cause of erroneous check engine lights, cold or hot start problems, or idle control malfunctions.
