Listed here is a good used Saab 9-3 "ISM" ignition switch module switch from a recent crash damaged 2004 9-3 2.0t . This unit functions properly. Typical problems with this switch include - Loss of return function - unit "sticks" in start position - Defective contact units, which can cause a whole host of problems including no start, or non functional electrical items, steering column lock "errors" This unit was checked for all of this, and for normal function, it works great! You do not need to program this unit, it is "plug and play" so long as this is all your are changing! You may be able to repair your original ISM, but it is a bit challenging! Better bet? just buy ours and replace yours! This works great! List price at SaabUSA was previously nearly $380! get this one for less than you would pay in tax at the dealer!
