Returns accepted for defective or DOA items only. All items we can test before shipping have been tested. If a returned item tests as good, no credit will be issued and you must pay return postage if you want the item back. Working items, or items ordered in error are returnable but are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Late shipments, items broken due to improper installation, or items listed as non-working/as-is units will not be accepted. Cash refunds issued only if we can not get you a replacement unit in a reasonable time.
